Insight Global is seeking a Senior Service Designer that will be responsible for the following:
• Lead the end‑to‑end design of complex insurance services, creating journey maps, service blueprints, and cross‑channel experiences that integrate people, processes, and technology.
• Facilitate workshops and collaborate across product, tech, and business teams to uncover insights, align stakeholders, and drive experience improvements.
• Mentor UX team members while independently defining processes, documenting methods, and shaping ways‑of‑working in an evolving, minimally structured environment.
• Communicate effectively through storytelling, visual artifacts, and simplification of complex systems to influence decision‑makers and guide strategy.
Bring senior‑level service design depth with experience in systems thinking, regulated industries, and autonomous leadership across large, ambiguous projects.

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years Service Design Experience with a heavy background in UX Research
Extensive experience with service blueprints and journey maps
Strength in storytelling with artifacts and personas
Able to map out user flows that currently exist and layer the API systems
Excellent communicator and relationship/partnership builder
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Worked in a heavily federated, highly regulated space before, commercial insurance
