Job Description
This is a delivery-focused support role, not a portfolio/strategy role. The resource will own assigned OCM activities and drive execution across enterprise initiatives.
Core Responsibilities
Stakeholder, Impact & Readiness
• Identify impacts by stakeholder group (what’s changing, when, severity)
• Support readiness assessments
• Flag gaps, risks, and misalignment early
Training & Communication Needs
• Identify training and communication needs by role
• Highlight misalignment between impacts, timing, and enablement
Communications & Content
• Draft first-pass FAQs, talking points, and change communications
• Coordinate reviews and approvals
• Post approved content to First Connect
Training & Adoption Logistics
• Track training assignments by impacted groups
• Support logistics for white glove and in person training
• Ensure sessions are scheduled, invites sent, locations secured, materials ready
• Flag training overload on specific stakeholder groups

Required Skills & Experience
7+ years in an Organizational Change Management Role
Experience working on M&A initiatives
Experience with HRIS systems, Workday Preferred
Excellent presentation skills, C-Level
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Transportation and Logistics
Chicago or Cincinnati
