We are seeking a skilled .NET Fullstack Developer to join a financial group in Cincinnati for a 6 month Contract to Hire opportunity. The ideal candidate will have experience in both front-end and back-end development, with a strong understanding of .NET technologies. You will be responsible for developing new business applications and supporting existing ones.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain new business applications.
Provide support for 53 existing applications, including incident management and resolution.
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless application intake and integration.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Participate in agile development processes and contribute to sprint planning and reviews.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner, dedicating approximately 29 hours per week to incident and support management.
Ensure code quality and maintainability through best practices and code reviews.
