Insight Global is seeking an Executive Sales Manager to lead enterprise SaaS and technology sales initiatives for a growing organization focused on expanding its market footprint across multiple industries. This individual will own the full sales lifecycle, drive ARR growth, and partner closely with internal teams to deliver complex, value-driven solutions. The role requires strong executive presence, deep experience selling enterprise SaaS platforms, and the ability to navigate sophisticated, multi-stakeholder sales environments. This is a highly autonomous, travel-heavy role ideal for a senior sales leader who thrives in building and scaling strategic customer relationships.
Day-to-Day:
• Drive ARR growth through new customer acquisition, renewals, and account expansion
• Lead enterprise-level SaaS and technology solution sales initiatives
• Manage long, complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
• Act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders across customer organizations
• Conduct solution demos, pricing discussions, proposals, and contract negotiations
• Build relationships across enterprise customers in multiple industries
• Partner cross-functionally with:
○ Marketing
○ Product and Implementation
○ Customer Success
• Represent:
○ Industry conferences
○ Executive forums and webinars
• Stay current on:
○ SaaS market trends
○ Competitive landscape
○ Customer technology priorities

Required Skills & Experience
• 9–15 years of B2B technology sales experience
• 5–10 years in a senior, customer-facing or leadership role
• Comfortable with 75% travel (multi-state + international)
• Ability to work independently in a remote, high-autonomy role
• Proven history of exceeding revenue quotas
○ Managing $5M+ annual portfolio / ARR responsibility
• Full sales cycle ownership
• Proven success selling complex B2B SaaS and enterprise technology solutions, including:
○ SaaS platforms
○ Enterprise software (CRM, ERP, workflow, data platforms)
○ Cloud-based or hybrid infrastructure solutions
• Strong technical acumen, including:
○ Ability to translate technical concepts to executive stakeholders
○ Understanding of modern cloud architecture and data environments
• Experience managing long, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Prior experience selling into regulated or complex industries, including but not limited to:
○ Healthcare
○ Financial services
○ Government or public sector
• Experience navigating:
○ Enterprise procurement processes
○ RFPs and formal buying cycles
• Existing executive-level relationships (CIO, CTO, CFO, COO, CEO)
• Exposure to data integration, interoperability, or platform modernization initiatives
• Experience selling into mid-market and enterprise organizations
• Midwest-based candidates preferred, especially Cincinnati, OH region
