Job Description

A space manufacturing client in the Cincinnati, OH area is seeking Electrical Engineers to support their analog and digital design for their electronics and ordnance applications. This resource will be working a 4/10 schedule Monday through Thursday and will be responsible for the following:



• Circuit tolerance analyses using hand calculations and Spice tools
• Requirements development, refinement, and compliance.
• Generate test plans and test reports related to product performance (Brassboard, Design Verification, Qualification, Firing Properties, etc.)
• Lead and direct test activities in all phases of product development cycle.
• Lead or assist in failure investigations using structured tools (8D, Fishbone, Cause & Effect, etc.).
• Generate material for and lead design reviews for all phases of the product development cycle.
• Act as primary technical interface to internal and external customers.
• Provide inputs (material and labor estimates) for Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
• Generate Engineering Orders (EOs) and Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs)
• Lead and multi-task across several projects simultaneously

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or anything relevant
5+ years in Analog and Digital Design (op amps, LDOs, filters, data converters, logic gates, etc.)
3+ years in power systems (AC/DC, DC/DC, DC/AC, linear & switching)
2+ years in Sensors & interfaces
Module design (component selection, circuit analysis, etc.)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Ability to obtain a secret clearance
4+ years designing ESADs/ISDs per MIL-STD-1316 and MIL-STD-1901A
4+ years presenting designs to Safety Review Boards (AFSRB, FISTRP, NNMSB)
2+ years working with energetic materials (EFDIs, LEEFIs, lead charges, boosters)
