Insight Global is seeking an experienced Data QA Lead/Manager to spearhead the data QA strategy and transformation initiatives for a leading insurance organization. This role is pivotal in ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and reliability of enterprise data during a large-scale modernization effort. The ideal candidate is smart, creative, and unafraid to challenge the status quo, bringing innovative solutions to complex data challenges.
Candidate will lead a Data QA team of 7 full-time employees and 35 third-party vendor consultants, driving quality standards across modern data platforms and transformation programs. Seeking an individual with technical expertise within Snowflake, Databricks, Informatica Cloud and any other modern ETL technologies.

Required Skills & Experience
8+ years in data quality assurance or data testing roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
Proven track record of leading teams and vendor resources in complex data initiatives.
Strong knowledge of modern ETL tools, Snowflake, Databricks and Informatica Cloud
Ability to inspire, challenge, and lead teams through change; excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Enterprise level experience
Willing to work on-site 3 days/week
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Insurance industry experience strongly preferred.
