A large global retailer is looking for a Content Instructor to help create and centralize the training program for a centralized dispatch center. They will be coordinating with director level management, senior managers, and on-field technicians themselves to gather the information. This opportunity is made for someone looking for a creative outlet and a chance to create a successful training program from scratch.
This Content Instructor will be responsible for developing and monitoring training needs within the program and design, plan, and implement training programs, policies, and procedures in direct coordination with supported Customer teams.
- Generating weekly class recaps to provide trainee character profiles and progress
- Maintaining training class attendance
- Audit trainee entries for quality assurance
- Coordinating training class rollouts and system access with Customer technical and account administration team(s)
- Providing training statistics to upper management and Customer leadership
- Providing and demonstrating onboarding materials and core personnel tasks
- Coordinating with other departments and Customer for training class exposure
- Coordinating with Customer program leadership team on training and knowledge integration opportunities
- Troubleshooting and documenting trainee technical issues
- Documenting attrition and communicating interventions with upper management
- Coordinating with core Customer team for trainee feedback and training opportunities
Maintaining training material and collaborating with Customer program team on material and training system updates

- Related degree with 3-5 years or 6+ years experience in the field
- Learning Management System (LMS) experience
- Has developed and executed training for hundreds of associates
- e-Learning program experience
