Job Description
An engineering consulting firm in the Cincinnati, Ohio area is seeking a Revit Specialist to help coordinate and set up Plant 3D or Revit models for projects across various different industries & clients. the daily functions include:
- Reviews rough sketches, drawings, specifications, and other engineering data received from the project team
- Reviews project scope of work and notify project management of any perceived changes in scope that may appear during the design phase.
- Reviews the design input and communicates any ambiguous, incomplete, or conflicting information to the supplier of the input for resolution (includes processing information such as vendor drawings, marked up drawings, design basis, notes, and verbal instructions).
- Reviews design output to verify it meets design input (i.e., verify output meets design basis, design input and standard industry practices).
- Performs work related to design changes after validated documents are issued and notify project management of any perceived changes in scope resulting from the change.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years' experience in Revit
- Experience working with vendor drawings, mark ups, notes, and present findings to stakeholders
- Ability to design from rough sketches, drawings, and rough specifications from various teams
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Plant 3D or Construction Cloud experience
- Piping design experience
- Background in pulp & paper, chemical, and consumer packaged goods
