Job Description

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Civil / Field Engineers to join our dynamic Transportation Team. In this role, you will oversee and ensure the successful completion of transportation-related construction projects, including ODOT and Ohio Turnpike projects.

Required Skills & Experience

- Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management OR experienced Field/Project Engineers are encouraged to apply (targeting 0-5 yrs experience WITH ODOT or OH Turnpike experience)
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive approach to learning.
• Strong understanding of construction principles and concepts
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
