Job Description
Seeking a hands-on Fanuc Robot Programmer to support launch activities at a GPS engine plant. This role focuses on validating touch-ups, optimizing robot programs, and ensuring production readiness during launch.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform program validation and touch-ups on Fanuc robots during launch phases
Support engine plant production ramp-up and troubleshoot robot-related issues on the floor
Modify and optimize existing robot programs for cycle time, quality, and reliability
Execute debugging, testing, and validation of automation systems post-installation
Collaborate with controls engineers, maintenance, and production teams to resolve issues quickly
Support tryouts, runoffs, and launch milestones to meet production targets
Document program changes and maintain version control standards

- 5 years of experience programming Fanuc robots in an automotive manufacturing environment
