Job Description
Insight Global is working with a medical company to identify a Marketing Specialist to join their team in an onsite role local to the greater Cleveland area, specifically Brecksville, OH. This role supports a variety of marketing initiatives and contributes to the execution of day‑to‑day marketing activities, working directly alongside the Marketing Manager and Graphic Designer. Responsibilities may evolve based on business needs, but will typically include:
- Support the development and execution of marketing initiatives that build brand awareness and support business goals.
- Assist with planning and coordinating marketing campaigns, promotions, and product or service launches.
- Create, edit, and publish marketing content across multiple channels, including digital platforms, blogs, and other marketing materials.
- Help manage the company’s social media presence, including content scheduling, posting, and engaging with audiences across platforms.
- Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics to help evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.
- Ensure marketing content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent voice and quality across all communications.
- Assist with website updates, including content changes, blog postings, and basic SEO support.
- Collaborate with internal teams and coordinate with external partners or vendors as needed.
- Perform additional marketing-related tasks and projects as assigned.
Compensation:
$55,000 to $71,000 per year annual salary. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, seniority, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related from a four-year college or university
- 2+ years of professional working experience in a marketing role
- Ability to provide and share a professional portfolio of previous work
- Experience working with SEO/SEM
- Solid understanding of marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics or SEMRush
- Proficiency in Canva, social media, social media automation tools, Adobe Suite, and MS Suite
- Proven experience working in digital marketing and content creation
- Comfortable with a fully onsite position; there will be no hybrid working options
