Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Digital Content Operations Project Manager to support the Global Promotional Integrity Content Operations team for their largest Medical Device client. This will be a 12-month contract that can sit remotely working EST hours.

This individual will help execute the vision and the daily workings for content development, deployment across channels, measurement, and optimization. The program's primary goals are to increase the speed and efficacy of bringing new content and content types to market, and ensure we deliver with the highest degree of confidence related to asset usability, compliance approvals, customer relevance, and return on investment.

This individual will be responsible for:
Executing and optimizing content strategies created with stakeholders
Working with content management systems, DAMs, project management systems, and creative development software
Executing content audits, gap analysis, and derive opportunity insights for various stakeholder groups and products to improve content effectiveness
Conducting search engine performance analysis and reporting, omnichannel content performance analysis and reporting to help connect the dots between creation, syndication, channels, personas, and ROI goals
Managing tracking of backlog, deadlines, deliverables, and communication of these operational necessities
Working with customers across multiple teams and disciplines, so you should possess strong collaboration skills, have an ability to prioritize and categorize requests, and know when to escalate or loop in partners and leaders.
Delivering multiple deliverables with parallel workstreams and diverse stakeholders, and requires the ability to multitask, collaborate, support, and prioritize on the fly while providing stable operational management.
Recommending and implementing process improvements to support program goals and performance
Contributing to the evolution of content operations processes

Required Skills & Experience

Min 5+ years of Project Management experience:
3+ years' experience working in a content operations or digital content manager role
o Must have knowledge of creative development cycles and/or marketing / advertising development cycles
JIRA (or similar project management tools) for documentation and workflow management
Experience with digital analytics being able to look at ROI and KPIs
Agile

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Medical Device/Pharma/ Life Sciences industry experience
PMP or CSM
Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Contentstack, or other mainstream content management and publishing tools
Experience with oversight or governance responsibilities with respect to content lifecycle management
Aprimo software or other Digital cataloging systems and tools
Experience using Analytics and SEO tools, such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console
BS/BA degree or equivalent experience or certifications
