An employer in the Dayton, OH, area is seeking a TS/SCI Network Engineer for a contract to hire opportunity. This individual will be responsible but not limited to the following: will join a team of 10-15 individuals that is supporting a project that enables signal analysis for providing leading-edge tools and technology. This position is responsible for all things incorporated into networking which includes switches and configurations of Port Channels and/or Link aggregation, routing protocols, spanning tree protocols, loop detection, IP routing, and VLANs but not limited to. Will be required to sit on site 5 days/week and have an active TS/SCI Security clearance. If the individual does not have a CI Polygraph, contractor will be submitted for one to be able to successfully perform job duties.

Active TS/SCI Security clearance (Will be obtaining a CI Poly)
Bachelors Degree or 6 years in lieu of
1+ years of experience in Networking
Experience installing, configuring, patching, and supporting network equipment (Switches and/or routers)
Ability to troubleshoot (Tier 2/3) and/or investigate faults in a network and determine the root cause of outages
Network+ or CCNA certification
