Job Description

An employer in the Dayton, Ohio area is seeking a TS/SCI DevOps Engineer for a contract‑to‑hire opportunity. This role is responsible for managing and supporting the organization’s network and software systems to ensure they run smoothly, securely, and reliably. The position will focus on maintaining system stability, resolving issues as they arise, and helping implement and improve modern technologies, with an emphasis on Kubernetes and DevOps practices, including containerized applications and automation. This role requires working on site five days a week and an active TS/SCI security clearance.

Required Skills & Experience

Active TS/SCI Security clearance
Bachelor’s Degree or 6 years of related experience in lieu of
3+ years of experience in DevOps or systems administration
Experience in a Linux environment
Experience with managing and troubleshooting containerized workloads (Kubernetes)
IAT II Certification (CASP+ or Sec+)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Active TS/SCI security clearance
Cloud or Kubernetes certifications
DevOps knowledge
