This role supports Eaton’s Mobility spin‑off by implementing and replicating HR service delivery capabilities on ServiceNow, including employee‑facing and case management solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a Techno‑Functional Analyst for ServiceNow HR Service Delivery
Support HR Case Management, Onboarding, Knowledge Management, and Employee Portal
Gather and document business requirements from HR and Mobility stakeholders
Coordinate system testing, UAT, and validation across HR processes
Work closely with architects and developers to ensure accurate configuration and delivery
Provide high‑level functional guidance and resolve complex HR system queries
Support readiness and stabilization for Mobility implementation

Required Skills & Experience
Strong ServiceNow experience with an HR functional background
Experience with HR Case Management and employee service portals
Proven ability to manage requirements, testing, and UAT
Excellent communication skills with global and US‑based stakeholders
Experience supporting large‑scale HR implementations or transformations
