Job Description
This role will manage cross-functional coordination between vendors, internal integration teams, and EDI partners to ensure successful connectivity, testing, and delivery aligned with overall program timelines.
The Project Manager will operate in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment and will be responsible for driving execution across multiple workstreams while managing dependencies, risks, and delivery milestones.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with third-party vendors, EDI teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure connectivity and testing with a cloned Oracle financial environment.
Partner closely with the internal integration lead to manage dependencies and sequencing across boundary applications.
Oversee a small portfolio of standalone finance applications, including environment coordination, testing, and readiness for deployment.
Manage testing activities across connectivity, integrations, and downstream impacts to finance systems.
Drive alignment of application timelines with overall Programme ATLAS milestones.
Lead status reporting, risk management, and issue escalation across multiple stakeholders.
Ensure strong governance, documentation, and communication across technical and business teams.

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of Project Management experience supporting enterprise finance or ERP programs.
Hands-on experience with Oracle Finance environments (Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion, or similar).
Strong understanding of system integrations, boundary applications, and EDI connectivity.
Proven ability to manage multiple vendors, internal teams, and parallel workstreams.
Experience coordinating testing activities (SIT, UAT, and environment validation).
Excellent stakeholder communication and executive-level status reporting skills.
