Job Description
Eaton is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support the Treasury and Audit Applications team as part of the Mobility Spin‑Off. This role will work closely with two Scrum Masters / Project Managers and act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and IT delivery teams.
The BA will be heavily involved in requirements gathering, UAT, implementation support, and SDLC documentation, with primary focus on Treasury systems, and secondary support for Audit and CoStar applications.
Key Responsibilities
Support two Scrum Masters / PMs across multiple application workstreams
Primary focus allocation:
60% Treasury applications
20% Audit applications
20% CoStar / Real Estate systems
Elicit, document, and manage business and functional requirements
Support UAT planning, execution, and defect triage
Participate in application implementations and enhancements
Collaborate with developers, system architects, and product owners
Maintain BA artifacts including user stories, process flows, and test cases
Support full SDLC activities from requirements through deployment

Senior‑level Business Analyst experience in enterprise IT programs
Strong background supporting Treasury and/or Audit systems
Hands‑on experience with UAT testing and implementation support
Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile delivery
Ability to work across multiple applications simultaneously
Strong communication skills with business and technical stakeholders
Experience working with Oracle‑based applications
Nice to Have
Experience supporting Mobility carve‑outs or spin‑offs
Exposure to CoStar, ACL, or Real Estate systems
Prior experience working with system architects in complex environments
