Insight Global is seeking a hands-on Azure Platform Architect to support one of our key clients, in advancing their cloud infrastructure and data platform initiatives. This role will be responsible for managing and maintaining the PTL interface, driving Azure-based development and infrastructure efforts, and ensuring seamless integration across DevOps and data engineering teams. The ideal candidate will bring deep Azure expertise, a strong understanding of DevOps principles, and experience working with modern data platforms like Snowflake and Databricks.

Required Skills & Experience

Required Skills & Experience:
10+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 2+ years in an Azure architect-level role
Strong hands-on experience with Azure infrastructure and services
Proficiency in Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and Snowflake
Solid understanding of DevOps principles and CI/CD pipelines
Experience with SQL and data engineering workflows
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve platform-level issues quickly and effectively

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the PTL interface and related Azure infrastructure.
Provide architectural oversight and hands-on support for Azure services, including Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and Snowflake.
Enable and streamline DevOps processes by managing access, resolving blockers, and supporting sprint velocity.
Collaborate with development and data teams to ensure platform scalability, security, and performance.
Support data integration and transformation pipelines using Azure-native tools and Snowpark.
Act as a subject matter expert for Azure governance, access control, and automation.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Nice to Have:
Experience in the logistics or supply chain industry
Familiarity with Snowpark and advanced data transformation techniques
Exposure to enterprise-scale cloud migrations or hybrid cloud environments
