"The System Architect will play a critical role within Programme ATLAS, which has been established to support the separation of Eaton Mobility (Vehicle and E Mobility) into a standalone organisation (Mobility SpinCo), alongside the continued operation of Eaton RemainCo. This transformation has a significant impact on Payroll, Time and Labour systems, requiring the implementation of multiple payrolls and independent Time and Attendance solutions.
The System Architect is responsible for defining, designing, and governing the end to end technical architecture that underpins Mobility SpinCo. The role ensures that complex IT systems meet business objectives while complying with technical, security, and regulatory requirements. Acting as a bridge between business needs and technical delivery, the System Architect translates programme requirements into scalable, secure, and sustainable technical solutions.

- General familiarity with modern software development principles including code management, test automation, APIs, microservices, and cloud services
- Knowledge of integration services
- Knowledge of Time & Attendance systems desirable
- Knowledge of payroll systems also desirable"
