Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a driven, detail‑oriented Project Manager to lead and support capital and construction projects focused on utilities and supporting systems within a food manufacturing or FDA‑compliant environment. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced setting, brings strong leadership capabilities, and excels at coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and on budget.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage area schedule and construction close out list
• Negotiate, review, and process contract Change Orders.
• Develop clear, comprehensive Scopes of Work for contractor and vendor packages.
• Lead and manage bid events, including RFP development, bid tabulation, and recommendations.
• Review and approve project invoices.
• Support Superintendents and Construction Managers in field execution.
• Manage contract closeout and ensure all documents and deliverables are complete.
• Organize drawing updates and redlines to maintain accurate records.

Required Skills & Experience
• Minimum 4 years of Project Management experience.
• Experience in food manufacturing or FDA-regulated facilities preferred.
• Degree in a technical field + understanding of industrial utilities and other process supporting infrastructure.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Proactive, self‑driven, and solutions‑oriented.
• Strong leadership presence with ability to guide teams and contractors.
• Detail‑focused with commitment to quality and compliance.
