A client of Insight Global's is actively searching for a Civil Project Manager to join their Akron, OH office. This experienced engineer will manage projects from inception to completion including design, proposal preparation, and reports/specifications development. They will coordinate externally with clients and support staff to ensure project compliance and completion. Most designs will be completed in AutoCAD, with detailed technical reports. Projects will primarily involve site/civil work, including stormwater systems, distribution/collection systems, pump/lift stations, and water/wastewater treatment plants. Additional responsibilities include developing construction cost estimates, coordinating internally with multi-disciplined engineering teams, and mentor junior staff.

- Bachelor's degree in engineering (civil, structural, environmental, geotechnical, or related)
- PE License (OR an EIT that plans to take PE exam in the next 6 months)
- 4-6+ years of engineering design experience, specifically in stormwater management, sewer systems, and pumpstations
- Experience designing water or wastewater treatment facilities
- Project management experience
- Experience working with a consulting firm
- Experience mentorship junior engineers
