Insight Global is hiring a Change Management Consultant to support a healthcare client through their ongoing EMR implementation. The Healthcare Change Management Consultant will report directly to the Director of Technology and Integration for this group and will play a critical role in guiding the clinical groups of the organization through the implementation and optimization of Cerner Millennium. This position requires a deep understanding of healthcare workflows, change management principles, and Cerner Millennium functionality. Using and augmenting the established change practices, this consultant will advise technical and functional stakeholders on impact and risk while working through various stages of the new EMR rollout.
Key Responsibilities
Change Management Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of Cerner Millennium.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with healthcare professionals, IT teams, and executive stakeholders to understand needs, address concerns, and ensure alignment.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and workflow optimization
Communication: Create and distribute clear, concise communication materials to inform and engage stakeholders throughout the change process.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare change management, with a focus on Cerner Millennium
Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci)
Deep understanding of ITIL and ITSM Change Management frameworks
Cerner Millennium certification preferred
