A client of Insight Global is looking for an invoice specialist to support the Accounts Payable team for one of our largest healthcare organizations in NC. This hospital has implemented a new ERP system called Infor CloudSuite and are currently going through the integration process. They will be dealing with entering invoices and issues that are being submitted for them. This specialist will research payment status, understand why invoices were not paid, and research invoice information in order for the invoice to be paid out. This specialist will also be heavily involved in customer service regarding invoicing and helping vendors solve their invoicing issues. They will mainly be focused on purchase order invoicing. This specialist will pick up their equipment on the first day and will be remote for the remainder of the contract.

Accounts payable experience- 5-7 yrs OR an associates degree
Previous ERP experience
Great communication/customer service skills
Experience processing invoices, entering invoices, and/or invoice resolution
Sit in Charlotte, Winston, Wilmington, or Hilton Head area
-Purchase order invoicing experience
