Job Description

This Supervisor will lead the Interventional Radiology (Invasive Lab) team on the RT side of the lab, overseeing both clinical operations and staff performance.
Responsibilities include:
• Managing team scheduling, performance, and development
• Ensuring compliance with imaging protocols and patient safety standards
• Supporting interventional procedures and workflow efficiency
• Partnering with physicians and cross-functional teams
• Leading process improvement and quality initiatives
• Overseeing training, competencies, and team growth

Required Skills & Experience

• RT(R) background
• Supervisory experience within:
o Interventional Radiology, Cath Lab, or invasive procedures
• Strong leadership experience:
o Team management, coaching, development
• Experience with:
o Imaging workflows
o Patient safety + regulatory compliance
o Clinical systems (EMR / PACS / RIS)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Process improvement / operational leadership experience
