Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Contact Center Representative to join one of our major healthcare clients. These individuals will be assisting patients with all services including payer enrollment, pre-verification, billing, payment processing and customer service. Individuals will be taking inbound calls from patients and will be assisting them with all requests. This resource must be able to provide excellent customer service and have the ability to work from home in a non-distracted environment. This position will sit fully remote but must sit in Charlotte or Winston Salem NC.
