Job Description

The goal is to acquire properties for Better Path Homes, whether for wholesale deals, land purchases, or flip projects. The Acquisition Specialist plays a crucial role in identifying and securing these opportunities. While the focus is on acquiring properties from homeowners, the Acquisition Specialist may also interact with investors who are interested in purchasing these properties. This could involve negotiating deals, understanding investor needs, and ensuring that the properties meet their investment criteria.
