Job Description

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Facilities Manager to lead operations for their client in Wendell, NC. This on-site role oversees a team, including one direct report, and is responsible for daily services, vendor management, budgeting, and KPI performance. The ideal candidate will ensure all maintenance, safety, and engineering functions meet client standards while driving efficiency and service quality. This role also serves as the main client contact and leads staff development and performance management. Strong leadership, financial oversight, and experience managing complex facilities are essential.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum of 8 years of facility management experience within an industrial environment
At least 3 years at the level of Facility Manager
Experience in leasing, construction, engineering and all facets of property operation and building management

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Bachelors degree in Facilities Management, Corporate Real Estate, or Project Management
CMMS/Work Order Management experience
