Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Engineered Solutions Pm who will act as the main owner of engineered manufacturing projects, guiding them from the initial customer request all the way through production.

The candidate will spend their days coordinating people, timelines, and details to make sure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with customer expectations. They will work closely with teams across Engineering, Operations, Quality, Purchasing, Finance, and Sales, keeping everyone aligned and moving toward the same goal.

A big part of the job is managing schedules and milestones—tracking progress, spotting risks early, and solving problems before they turn into delays. They will regularly communicate with customers, providing updates and ensuring commitments are clear and realistic. Internally, you’ll partner with plant leadership to confirm production timelines and coordinate delivery of fabricated metal products and related components.

They will also be responsible for maintaining accurate project information, preparing status updates for leadership, and helping balance customer needs with business priorities like revenue and margins. Over time, you’ll look for ways to improve processes and make project execution more efficient.

This is a hands‑on, on‑site role in a manufacturing environment, ideal for someone who enjoys being at the center of execution and working cross‑functionally to get complex projects across the finish line.

We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. We are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer that believes everyone matters. Qualified candidates will receive consideration for employment regardless of their race, color, ethnicity, religion, sex (including pregnancy), sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, marital status, national origin, ancestry, genetic factors, age, disability, protected veteran status, military or uniformed service member status, or any other status or characteristic protected by applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances.
