Job Description

- Attend meetings with the project and client teams to assist with taking requests, providing load calculations, conducting system assessments, and offering design recommendations
- Support troubleshooting, assessing new installs, and conducting of preventive maintenance for all HVAC utilities on-site, including air handlers, VAV's, VFD's, and rooftop units
- Evaluates all equipment/systems to identify areas of improvement that can be made
- Will conduct root/cause analysis for all equipment and provides documentation for this equipment to the quality team

Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of experience working with HVAC utilities - circulation systems, air handlers, rooftop units, VAV's, VFD's, etc.
- Strong Blueprint reading and interpretation skills
- Understanding of load calculations for HVAC sizing and design
- Ability to read and interpret TAB reports
- Pressure differential containment understanding for clean room and CNC control
- GMP/Pharmaceutical industry experience
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering - HVAC/mechanical preferred
