Job Description
The Director, Pre-Hung Operations provides strategic and operational leadership across pre-hung door manufacturing and distribution locations. This role is responsible for the overall performance, profitability, and growth of the Pre-Hung Operations division, with direct oversight of General Managers at each location. The Director partners with internal stakeholders to ensure pre-hung locations meet the product and service needs of branch locations while also developing and growing their external customer base of contractors, dealers, and end users. This role is the senior leader accountable for aligning manufacturing quality, sales performance, workforce, and operational efficiency across the division.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred. Equivalent leadership experience will also be considered.
Proven track record of progressive leadership within manufacturing, building products, industrial distribution, construction products, or a related operational environment.
Experience leading multiple facilities, business units, or geographic locations, including direct oversight of site leaders, General Managers, Plant Managers, or equivalent operational leadership.
Demonstrated success managing full P&L responsibility, driving operational performance, and delivering profitable growth.
Prior experience within building materials, millwork, doors, windows, architectural products, or other value-added manufacturing environments is highly desirable.
Well-rounded business leader with exposure to both operations and commercial functions, including customer relationships, business development, or revenue growth initiatives.

Comfortable leveraging ERP, manufacturing, inventory, and business management systems to drive decision-making and operational efficiency.
Knowledge of architectural building products, manufacturing operations, supply chain, distribution, or related construction-industry products preferred.

Multi-site operations executive with demonstrated P&L ownership.
Experience overseeing manufacturing and distribution operations across multiple locations.
History of improving efficiency, profitability, service levels, quality, and employee engagement.
Strong leadership presence with the ability to collaborate across operations, sales, supply chain, and executive leadership teams.
Backgrounds from building materials, millwork, doors, windows, cabinetry, roofing, engineered wood products, construction products, industrial manufacturing, or related sectors will be considered.
