Job Description
The Field Manager is a field leadership role responsible for overseeing multiple construction projects and acting as the primary on-site representative. This position leads subcontractors, vendors, and field teams while ensuring projects meet company, client, and manufacturer quality standards. The Field Manager plays a critical role in driving safety compliance, operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and overall project success across a complex portfolio of work.
This role requires a hands-on leader who is service-oriented, detail-focused, and capable of managing multiple job sites while maintaining accountability for schedule, cost, and quality.

Required Skills & Experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing commercial and/or residential construction projects
• Proven ability to oversee projects from pre-construction through full completion
• Experience coordinating subcontractors, material suppliers, and equipment vendors across multiple job sites
• Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel
• Working knowledge of OSHA safety standards and jobsite safety enforcement
• Ability to conduct safety inspections and ensure all required safety and quality documentation is completed
• Experience maintaining project schedules, budgets, and profitability reporting (P&L)
• Proficiency using industry-standard construction software and mobile applications, with the ability to maintain accurate daily updates
• Strong communication skills, both in person and through electronic platforms
• Ability to travel daily between multiple job sites (company vehicle provided)
• Valid driver’s license
Willingness to relocate within 30 miles of the assigned branch location prior to start date
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline
• Experience serving as a senior field or safety coordinator on large or multi-site projects
• Demonstrated success managing multiple projects or departments simultaneously
• Prior responsibility for project-level or multi-project P&L oversight
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly to changing site conditions
• Experience working directly with government inspectors and regulatory compliance requirements
• Familiarity with Primavera or similar construction scheduling tools
• Background in client-facing roles with responsibility for issue resolution and stakeholder communication
