Job Description
Our client is looking for a CMMS Administrator to join their team! This person will be responsible for the functional oversight of their CMMS System, EAMs, and will support asset lifecycle and management. This role is ideal for someone with an engineering background and experience working with an Enterprise Asset Management System (EAMS) or similar CMMS platforms. The position involves administrative and system-based tasks critical to maintaining operational efficiency and compliance. Individual must be willing be on-site 5 days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage asset lifecycle processes including commissioning, decommissioning, idling, reactivation, and relocation of assets.
• Create, assign, and track work orders for maintenance activities such as pump replacements, sensor calibrations, and pressure gauge checks.
• Collaborate with maintenance planners, schedulers, and technicians to ensure timely execution of tasks and adherence to deadlines.
• Support compliance by maintaining documentation for audits, change controls, and SOPs related to asset management.
• Monitor system performance and generate reports to support operational decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for all CMMS-related activities and user support
• Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure alignment on asset specifications and system configurations.

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Associate’s degree with relevant experience
• Experience with CMMS platforms (EAMS preferred but not required)
• Familiarity with asset management workflows in industrial or manufacturing environments.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with pumps, motors, flowmeters, sensors, gauges, thermocouples, etc.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
