Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to support a large enterprise IT organization on high-visibility initiatives within the Customer and Associate Mobility space. This consultant will lead multiple cross-functional technology projects, ensuring successful delivery aligned with business objectives and ADUSA governance standards. The ideal candidate brings strong SDLC knowledge, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and the ability to confidently guide technical conversations without needing to design solutions. This is a long-term opportunity with visibility across critical 2026 initiatives and strong potential for extension into 2027.

Required Skills & Experience

7+ years of experience managing complex, enterprise-level technical projects
Strong understanding of software delivery / SDLC (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid)
Experience leading cross-functional IT teams (engineering, architecture, QA, DevOps, security)
Ability to manage project plans, roadmaps, dependencies, risks, and budgets
Comfortable working with technical stakeholders without needing deep architecture-level expertise
Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Smartsheet, MS Project, Monday.com)
Excellent stakeholder communication and executive-level reporting skills
Experience operating within formal IT governance and change management standards

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

PMP, Agile, Scrum Master, or SAFe certification
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Background in DevOps, CI/CD, cloud migration, or platform modernization
Familiarity with security, compliance, and regulated environments
Retail, healthcare, or finance industry experience
