Job Description
An employer is seeking a Project Manager/Business Analyst for a large retail client sitting fully remote. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Business Analyst with IAM expertise to lead an enterprise RFI/RFP initiative for Non-Human Identity (NHI) and Agentic Identity Discovery and Registry solutions. This person will manage the project from start to finish, including gathering requirements, aligning stakeholders, engaging vendors, evaluating options, scoring, and making final recommendations. They will work closely with teams across IAM Architecture, IAM Platform, Enterprise Architecture, the Group Focus Area (GFA) for AI, and Procurement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Take full responsibility for the RFI/RFP plan, covering scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, deliverables, and communication with stakeholders.
• Lead workshops to collect and document business, security, technical, integration, governance, and operational requirements.
• Translate requirements into structured RFI/RFP questions, evaluation criteria, use cases, and vendor scoring frameworks.
• Organize vendor selection, manage RFI responses, arrange product demos, technical reviews, proof-of-concept discussions, and handle RFP submissions.
• Oversee the vendor evaluation and selection process, including scoring, gathering stakeholder feedback, comparing capabilities, assessing risks, and making recommendations.
• Evaluate capabilities covering NHI discovery, service accounts, machine/workload identities, API identities, secrets, certificates, AI agents, ownership, lifecycle management, and governance.
• Track decisions, actions, RAID items, dependencies, timelines, and executive-level reporting throughout the initiative.
• Partner with IAM Architecture and Platform teams to ensure proposed solutions align with IAM strategy, Zero Trust principles, security architecture, AI governance, and enterprise technology standards.
• Develop the final vendor assessment and recommendation package for leadership and governance approval.

Required Skills & Experience
• 5-8 years of overall experience in Project Management, Business Analysis, Cybersecurity, IAM, or technology transformation programs.
• Practical understanding of IAM concepts, including IGA, PAM, authentication/authorization, identity lifecycle, access governance, and privileged identities.
• Experience running or supporting technology RFI/RFP and vendor selection processes.
• Strong skills in gathering requirements, leading workshops, documenting findings, evaluating vendors, and managing stakeholders.
• Able to turn technical and security concepts into clear business requirements and materials for executives.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to independently drive a global cross-functional initiative from discovery through recommendation.
