Job Description

A Senior IGA Architect responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise-wide identity governance solutions that ensure secure access to organizational resources while enabling business efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience

1. Deep expertise in leading IGA platforms such as SailPoint IQ
2. Deep expertise in IGA frameworks, protocols, and standards (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, SCIM)
3. Strong knowledge of directory services (Active Directory, LDAP, Entra ID) and federation technologies - Entra ID most important
4. Familiarity with cloud identity solutions and security architectures
5. Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements (SOX, GDPR, HIPAA)
6. Experience with privileged access management (PAM) solutions
7. Proficiency in identity governance and administration (IGA)
8. Experience leading technical teams and managing stakeholder relationships

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

1. Relevant certifications (CISSP, CIAM, CCSP) preferred
2. Experience working for a Global company
