Insight Global is seeking a Process Engineer who will be working on 2-2-3, 12-hour days (7-7) on a long term contract. We are looking for someone who's hands on and familiar with equipment in an aseptic filling environment, that enjoys being on the floor and being as asset to the operations team. There is minimal writing as SOPs are established but you will help to edit and make SOPs more clear and concise for operations. You will serve as the 2nd line of support after maintenance with all issues that arise on a shift for a new filling line that is being commissioned.
Create and maintain operating specifications for production processes that run through the Filling
Lines.
Lead or support major equipment related investigations and implement equipment corrective or
preventative action and performance improvements via Change Control process.
* Risk/Impact Assessments (PFMEA).
* Experience with Optima Washers, Tunnels, CIP/SIP Skid, and Filler equipment.
* Experience with Genesis Capper equipment.
Ensure integrity and compliance of data according to Standard Operating Procedures.
* Coordinate all work on scheduled projects (personnel activities, documentation and outside
resources).

-Process Engineering work in Manufacturing environment within Pharmaceutical/ GMP experience
- Experience working in a fill finish environment with Vials, Syringes, or Ampules (Bosch/ Syntegon or Optima equipment)
- Hands on process engineer that enjoys working with maintenance and engineering
- Maintenace or Utilities background is welcomed if you have a degree
