A client of Insight Global seeking a results-driven Business Intelligence Analyst/developer to turn raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions across the organization. In this role, youll partner with business units to design, develop, and maintain scalable reporting solutions using Power BI and SQL. The ideal candidate brings a strong mix of analytical expertise, technical proficiency, and a passion for solving complex business challenges through data.
Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and SSRS.
Write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries to support analytics and reporting needs.
Monitor and enhance SQL Server performance in a virtualized infrastructure environment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective, data-driven solutions.
Utilize Microsoft Fabric to streamline data integration and reporting (experience preferred).
Provide IT support for server configuration, patch management, and system documentation.
Offer Tier 12 technical support, including onboarding, hardware/software setup, and basic troubleshooting.
Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for organization-wide IT support.
Compensation:
$80,000 to $110,000.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
