They will be with a product and try to stay with that product from the very beginning
Its not strictly agile fashion its more the development that is agile, the systems engineer writes the technical requirment, so they then write their own requirement against the system engineers to match it up with what they are writing and then will work more agile with the team as it aligns with their sprints and then will get a new set of tasks.
