Job Description
As a Systems Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in the end-to-end data migration process. You’ll work cross-functionally to ensure accurate data mapping, validation, and successful system integration.
Key responsibilities include:
• Lead data mapping efforts between legacy and target systems
• Analyze and validate account and client data during migration
• Collaborate with:
o Internal technology and product teams
o External vendor (Fiserv) handling data migration
• Facilitate working sessions to define and validate data requirements
• Conduct data analysis, extraction, and validation using SQL
• Ensure data quality and support testing and validation cycles
• Proactively identify risks, issues, and data discrepancies

Required Skills & Experience
• Strong experience as a Systems Analyst or Data Analyst in enterprise environments
• Hands-on experience with data mapping (source-to-target transformations)
• Solid SQL/querying skills (ability to independently extract and analyze data)
• Ability to work independently and lead discussions across teams
• Experience working with large datasets and migration initiatives
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Background in banking or financial services (especially deposits/core banking)
• Experience with system integrations (file-based or real-time)
• Familiarity with data migration vendors/tools
