Responsibilities:
• Customer/User Focus: Builds a deep understanding of our customers, their use cases, and their emerging needs. Ensures we are solving the right problems and delivering maximum value to customers.
• Creative Problem Solving: Leverages competitive analysis, user data, and inspiration sources to independently identify multiple potential solutions to a problem.
• Product Design: Translates customer needs and business needs into journey maps and wireframed experiences. Shares insights and solutions with peers across the business.
• Data Driven: Utilizes qualitative feedback, quantitative data, and business analytics to inform design decisions. Works with cross-functional team to establish and track success metrics.

Required Skills & Experience
Requirements:
• 6 years of enterprise UX design experience
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred field of study – UX design, industrial design, or interaction design)
• Communicates powerfully and prolifically, mapping design decisions to desired outcomes
• Experience leveraging qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions
• Experience using UX design software (XD, Sketch, Figma, Axure, etc.)
• Understands responsive design and the nuances of designing for different platforms
• Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Experience utilizing or creating design systems that align to web and UX best practices
• B2B SaaS UX Design
• Designing products around AI
