Job Description
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and S3 sessions
Support Agile delivery across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment with project timelines and goals
Partner closely with the Agile Delivery Lead and Project Manager to supplement Scrum and coordination responsibilities
Track and report Agile metrics and team performance (velocity, progress, delivery status)
Oversee QA processes and ensure quality alignment throughout incremental project delivery
Participate in planning sessions and support backlog prioritization and execution strategies
Drive collaboration across program, product, and project management teams
Help manage dependencies and support ongoing migration efforts within new initiatives
Foster a collaborative team environment and help remove blockers to keep projects moving forward

Required Skills & Experience
Core experience as a Scrum Master in a structured Agile environment
Experience working on large, cross-functional teams within a broader project or program (not an isolated role)
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to interface across program and project leadership
Proven ability to run Agile ceremonies and support delivery in a fast-paced environment
Adaptable, team-oriented mindset with strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience within banking or financial services environments
Exposure to Scaled Agile (SAFe or similar frameworks)
Scrum certifications (CSM, PSM, or equivalent)
