Job Description

Assisting crew members by passing materials from ground level during scaffold erection and dismantling.
Organizing and stacking materials for shipment.
Maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly work environment throughout the project.

Required Skills & Experience

Trade school experience is a plus, but not required.
No prior experience necessary—this is an entry-level role.
A background in construction is helpful.
Bilingual abilities are a plus, though not mandatory.
Basic understanding of different types and sizes of scaffolding materials.
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, and lifting 40 lbs or more.
Willingness to work in both indoor and outdoor environments as needed.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience in the following roles may be relevant:
Construction Laborer, Carpenter Assistant, Installer, Drywall Hanger, Framer, Form Setter, Post Framer, and other general labor or helper positions.
