A federal client of Insight Global is seeking a Salesforce architect to help lead the maintenance efforts and expansion of their Salesforce footprint. This client is seeking someone who is comfortable mentoring beginner to mid-stage developers and utilizing their industry knowledge to advise and recommend best practices among cross-functional teams in differing applications portfolios. This architect will also be asked to advise on governance, and communicate with high-level stakeholders within the organization. Insight Global's client is looking for someone who can utilize a mix of both technical expertise with administrative oversight in this role. They will be asked to be an SME and main point of contact to lead, rather than doing full hands-on development in their day-to-day.

- Around 4-5 years in a salesforce environment preferably as an architect or developer
- Experience mentoring and advising beginner to mid-stage developers in a salesforce environment
- Salesforce design experience, preferably using Copado
- Experience working directly with integrators and high-level stakeholders
