Our Client is searching for an APM/PM to oversee multi-family home construction projects in the Raleigh region from design through closeout. This person will be the lead guy in the Raleigh market and will oversee sites operations, and serve as the critical link between field, office, and ownership.
- Supervise and support onsite superintendents
- Lead communication with officials, vendors, and on-site staff
- Build and manage project budgets in partnership with the Development team
- Estimate time, materials, labor, and other resources
- Evaluate subcontractor capabilities and resource needs
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve project issues in collaboration with engineers and senior leadership
-Track change orders and project costs, reporting to leadership and accounting
- Oversee project close-out tasks: punch lists, payments, lien waivers, and documentation
- Ensure compliance with all codes, best practices, and internal policies
- Prepare and present progress reports

- 4-8 yrs of experience as an APM/PM working on commercial projects
- Proficiency with tools like Microsoft Suite, Procore, Bluebeam, etc.
- Flexibility to travel to project sites on short notice
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Talent for problem-solving, cost control, and meeting deadlines
- Experience working on multi-family home projects
