Job Description
• Lead team ceremonies, such as refinements, and collaborate closely with Data Science and Data Engineering teams.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including marketing, sales, and customer support.
• Present the team's work and new developments to stakeholders and executives.
• Interact with customers to represent requirements and understand key customers’ needs and market basics.
• Focus on delivering customer commitments and addressing customer complaints.
• Stay updated on market news, incidents, and competitor activities.
• Support go-to-market activities and help create training and marketing materials.
• Define and prioritize requirement changes for engineering, performing analysis to meet acceptance criteria.
• Participate and contribute to process improvement activities and product strategy.

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technical subject (Computer Science or Engineering discipline) is preferred, but not essential.
• Juris Doctor (JD) preferred
• 1-3 years of experience in a legal background, or experience as a product manager
• Strong interest in legal technology and product development.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Leadership qualities to represent the team and manage end-to-end product development.
• Familiarity with Microsoft tools and agile workflows.
• Ability to learn quickly and translate legal expertise into product insights.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
AI / ML background is strongly preferred
