Job Description
Manage the team's backlog using ADO, including writing epics, features, and stories.
Lead team ceremonies such as refinements and collaborate closely with UX design and research teams.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including marketing, sales, and customer support.
Present the team's work and new developments to stakeholders and executives.
Interact with customers to represent requirements and understand key customers’ needs and market basics.
Utilize customer frameworks (e.g., Jobs To Be Done, personas) to gather insights.
Focus on delivering customer commitments and addressing customer complaints.
Stay updated on market news, incidents, and competitor activities.
Execute go-to-market launch plans as required.
Work directly with internal business partners, such as sales, to gather and assess product needs.
Train and educate internal business partners, contributing to building collateral and marketing materials.
Understand and utilize drivers for improving customer experience.
Define and prioritize requirement changes for engineering, performing analysis to meet acceptance criteria.
Participate and contribute to process improvement activities.
Contribute to the development and execution of the product strategy.
Make links between personal goals and the product team's business strategy.
Understand how the role contributes to the success of the product and business strategy and goals.

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technical subject (Computer Science or Engineering discipline) is preferred, but not essential.
2-4 years of experience as a PM
Prior experience in product management, particularly in the tech industry.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Leadership qualities to represent the team and manage end-to-end product development.
Familiarity with Microsoft tools and ADO is a plus.
Strong English language skills, especially given the legal tech domain.
