One of Insight Global's clients is looking to hire for a Part Time Leasing Consultant to help with leasing strategy/activities for a large high rise luxury apartment building in Raleigh, NC. This individual will be responsible for generating leads, reaching out to prospective tenants, leading them through tours and applications, and executing leases. The building is currently at a goal of 95% occupancy so the leasing agent will be expected to maintain this with at least 3 leases signed per month. They will receive a $100 bonus for each 12 month lease signed.
They will need to work on weekends but can build the rest of the 30 hours/week schedule around that.

Yardi experience mandatory.
3 years apartment leasing experience with above average closing ratio.
High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
Must possess strong attention to detail and sales ability.
Would prefer Certified Apartment Leasing Professional (CALP) or working toward it, or in lieu 4 years of experience.
