Job Description:
This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth integration and management of supplier data. This position performs bookkeeping, accounting, and analysis support for the accounting function of the Bank.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supplier Data Cleanup: Verify and update supplier information to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Onboarding Suppliers: Develop and implement processes for onboarding new suppliers, ensuring all necessary information is collected.
- Data Migration: Clean and migrate supplier data into the new system, ensuring data integrity.
- Supplier Enablement: Enable suppliers in Coupa, ensuring they can be contacted and managed effectively.
- Email Address Collection: Identify and collect email addresses for approximately 1400 suppliers currently missing this information.
- Data Entry: Accurately enter collected email addresses and other relevant information into the system.
- Operational Support : Assists in month-end close activities, high-volume reconcilement of accounts, and data analysis to ensure accuracy of the Banks 35 financial statements.
- Researches and addresses customer inquiries. Identifies and explains account variances on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Resolves exceptions within the Banks policies and recommends adjustments. Prepares journal entries, reports, and other documentation, as necessary.
- System Support: Assists with system changes and testing including upgrades, troubleshooting, and new system searches. Partners with other business units to accomplish these tasks.
