Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to define technical requirements
Design and develop software components across multiple systems
Review code and specifications to ensure quality and maintainability
Resolve complex bugs and performance issues
Apply best practices in coding, testing, and development processes
Work in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid environments
Stay current with emerging technologies and tools
Support and mentor junior developers
Design and manage data models for scalable applications

Required Skills & Experience
1. JavaScript mastery — closures, async/await, prototypes, idiomatic code
2. Problem-solving & self-starter behavior
3. React (or Angular/Vue with fast ramp)
4. Node.js (preferred for backend)
5. AWS literacy — console/IAM/logs/debug
6. API fundamentals — HTTP, status codes, pagination, auth
CI/CD experience — owning deploys, rollbacks
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• DevOps exposure — Kubernetes, CloudFormation, Octopus, Rancher
• System flow modeling (not DB schema)
• Experience with automated deployments
Typescript (minimal use ~2%)
