Job Description

Lead the global DevOps strategy by scaling platform capabilities, accelerating delivery, and driving innovation through modern practices like CI/CD, IaC, containerization, and cloud-native deployments across AWS and Azure. Oversee automation, infrastructure provisioning, and observability while mentoring a high-impact team and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure secure, compliant, and high-performing delivery pipelines.

Required Skills & Experience

• B.S. in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum 15 years of experience in DevOps Engineering (excluding internships)
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience with cloud-native technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and Infrastructure as Code (IaaC)
• 4+ years of Unix/Linux system administration
• 5+ years of people management experience
• Proven leadership in agile development environments
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
